MuniCap, Inc., the administrator for the Riverwalk Public Improvement District, will be hosting a PID training to assist homeowners on understanding how the PID operates as well as emphasize their responsibility to properly disclose the PID information to prospective buyers in all sales transactions. The Town has received an application for a Public Hearing to consider an ordinance granting Specific Use Permit No. 474 (SUP21-0008– River Walk Retail Phase II) to permit a fast-food restaurant with a drive-through window. The property is generally located south of Promenade Way and east of Long Prairie Road.

The PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the Town of Flower Mound, Texas, will hold a public hearing for this request on Monday, March 28, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. in Jody Smith Hall at the Flower Mound Town Hall, located at 2121 Cross Timbers Road/FM-1171. The Planning & Zoning Commission will recommend approval or denial to the Town Council.

The TOWN COUNCIL of the Town of Flower Mound, Texas, will hold a public hearing for this request on Monday, April 4, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in Jody Smith Hall at the Flower Mound Town Hall, located at 2121 Cross Timbers Road/FM-1171. The Town Council will make the final decision.

As an interested property owner, you are invited to make your views known by attending this hearing. If you cannot attend the hearing, it is requested that you express your views by mail, at the address listed below, by email to pz@flower-mound.com and towncouncil@flower-mound.com.

As the Managing Agent for The Villas at Riverwalk Homeowners Association Inc., we are pleased to announce that the Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to elect three (3) Class A members to the Board of Directors. Enclosed with this notice you will find the Draft Agenda, Proxy, Ballot, and Candidacy Statements. You may now cast your vote Electronically on your Association’s Website at www.villasatriverwalkhoa.com or you may email, mail, or fax in your Ballot or Proxy using the information provided below.

The annual election meeting cannot be held without the proper quorum; therefore, it is important that you complete and return the proxy if you are not able to attend the meeting. A Ballot cast electronically shall also count for quorum. If you vote online, please do not return a ballot or proxy and do not assign your proxy to another owner as it will not be counted.

Please Note: Floor Nominations and Write-in Candidates cannot be accommodated for an election held virtually.

If you do not vote online, it is important that your Ballot or Proxy be returned by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 14, 2022, for it to be counted.
